Acceptable, but Some Issues Noted

stained carpetgrimy floor
The initial impression wasn't great , as the entrance carpet showed many stains. It was to be from a room that had been damaged. The room's shower cubicle floor was grimy , and there was dust in the bathroom corner.

Repeat Stay Satisfaction

quiet roomhelpful staffnonfunctional air conditioner
The location is close to the city. It was easy to find the hotel and the room was quiet. The staff contacted me about medication I left in the fridge and held it for collection. This was appreciated.
The air conditioner stopped working during the first night in room 324. I was moved to room 311, but it had an unpleasant odor. The bathroom was not cleaned properly.
